Between labor and delivery, a mom’s body changes completely. We prepare and endure the physical stress needed for growing a healthy baby for roughly 38-42 weeks. In about 12-24 hours, after labor, our bodies are expected to slingshot back to our previous self. THAT IS A LOT OF STRESSFUL CHANGES!
